As per the survey of some of the highest selling tea stalls- the owner of the tea stall proudly states that "A highly paid dark circled eyes holder gets lucky for 30 mins in the day hours when he gets a tea break.Few steps away from office.standing infront of a tea stall holding a glass of tea ,lighted fag with few slangs for his boss is far more comfortable than the AC cabin provided to him."
Now talking about Mr. Jha , senior HR in a multinational company who use to handle the training and development section. He use to invite experienced motivational speaker , successful businessmen, highly paid modern philosophers who are well versed with Bhagbat Gita,Quaran, Bible for motivating the existing employees so that they will have mercy on the organisation by giving their full efforts after listening to the bla bla of the professional trainers.
Mr.Jha came across many trainers who used to request him-"sir, please give me an opportunity for training your employees with new strategies , I even charge very less(few thousands for the session), surely you will be pleased" After 2- 3 yrs when Mr. Jha tries to contact the same trainer-"Ohh Mr. Jha , I am having a tight schedule this month, hopefully will try for your organisation next month and to be very straight my charges for training have hiked a bit,,not much (few lakhs for an hour)" .Like an humble man thanks him and drop the call.
In weekend , Mr.Jha use to drive his car early morning to his favorite tea stall skipping his morning walk, where Pintu (son of the owner of "jai ho tea stall") rush with newspaper,special lemon tea and with a smile on face. Always Mr. Jha use to find some of his friends sitting and chatting about work, family . politics. sports..even he gets indulge in the group discussion and leave when the discussion becomes blather.
The first sip of Mr.Jha's lemony tea was about to get over, a brand new shiny black BMW X 1 approached and familiar face jumped out of it and smiled looking at Mr.Jha.
It was Dev (financial advisor,passed out from a top B-school), wearing a t-shirt,track and sneaker, old friend of Mr.Jha
Mr.Jha said,"nice car Dev, so this is the car you were talking about last week!!, its gorgeous, today you have to pay for this lemon tea as a treat"
Dev-"Sure,drink as much lemon tea as you can Bibhu(Mr. Jha's nick name), piley beta jitna pina hai, but finish asap , we will go for a long drive,"
Both the friend went for a ride and the ride turned into a real long ride and they stopped at their old college, had talk about their college life- how they use to have fun , how they use to bunk classes..how
many crush they had..how they use to pass comments..football with bare foot in rainy days....
As its a general rule,when two old friend use to sit alone and talk ,talk ..talk and end up like emotional freaks.
After returning to 'jai ho tea stall'.. Dev breaking the silence,"you know what i wanted when i was a student!!"
In reply to that Bibhu said,"indeed money and girl..you have both and now you too have a BMW, right!!"
Dev-"yes, right.. as you know human wants are unlimited,,then I wanted to acquire power of knowledge so that people will follow me.., people started to praise me , at first it was a nice feeling then later on got bored and fed up with it because all I found in my client eyes was fake admiration "
Taking a gulp of water again Dev continued."anyway , I dont want that people praise me for my power of knowledge about finance management rather want that people should recognize and love me for my deeds "
After listening to the words of Dev, Bibhu taking a long deep breathe said, "hmm, nice.. dont mind by following words-you are using your power of knowledge for getting clients and remuneration from them, thats your need,right!! then how come you expect their money as well as their love for you, you fullfill their need and they fulfill your need, its your fault that you are expecting more than your service to them,its simple.. okey need not to ask ,you know about Warren Buffet and Bill Gates! "
In return to Dev said," what kind of foolish question is this Bibhu!!everyone know these two great human, I really admire and love these two characters !! "
Bibhu smiled and reckoned,"now listen, when I asked you about Warren Buffet and Bill Gates, your conclusion was that you admire and love them ..Out of 100 if I assume 99% people will say that we love and admire them but 1% will say all of a sudden that -we want to be like them and serve the society..Even fiction character like Zorro and Robin Hood are liked by us, now you should know why!!"
Dev was about to say something but Bibhu blocked him and added,"let me finish!!, some argue that they are having family responsibilities and dont get time for serving the society , its all nonsense!! By this kind of statement of people there can be two conclusion-either Bill and Warren dont have any responsibilities or they have surplus of time to serve people for free by donating their hard earn funds.. so if you want love from people then you have to sacrifice your hard earned attachments for them..!! , its simple. Gaining true admiration and love is not easy my dear friend. :)"
Dev- "Guess you are taunting me indirectly.."
Bibhu-"Indeed ;P, But I have an idea, why dont you start today!! Since morning I am watching that Pintu is looking at your brand new BMW like watching a sweet dream. Donate your car to 'jai ho tea stall ' and get an Maruti Alto for self, you will be famous in this city, tomorrow you will be in news paper and Pintu will truly love you his whole life and many will admire you!! "
Getting shocked by the words of Bibhu, Dev making a face like Pug said,"WHAT!!"
Making fun of such expression of Dev, Bibhu patting Dev's back and said,"I was Kidding, please dont have an heart attack,lets move , its getting late,Anyway dont worry i like you more now because you have a new car too but I tell you 'attachment sucks.';)"
